[26] Chapter - 12: Heavenly Rune Realm (Part - 1/2) Eklavya slowed his breathing with deliberate control until each rise and fall of his chest aligned with the quiet. Almost living pulse of the cave around him—as if the space itself had begun breathing alongside him. Seated cross-legged upon the stone platform, he released the final strands of tension coiled within his muscles, allowing his body to fall into perfect stillness. Then, without resistance, he let his consciousness descend inward. The material world receded from his awareness like mist dissolving beneath the morning sun, its presence thinning until it vanished entirely. In its place unfolded the vast, infinite expanse of his sea of consciousness. Once again, he stood upon the floating island, suspended within a luminous void that stretched endlessly in all directions. Before him rose the ancient tree—its twisted, dried branches curling skyward like remnants of something that had once commanded the heavens themselves. Its bark was cracked, weathered by time beyond comprehension, yet even in this dormant state, it radiated a suffocating majesty, as though it still retained the authority to devour everything that existed beneath it. Its presence alone weighed upon the island, turning the very space into something sacred… and oppressive. Without hesitation, Eklavya walked toward the blood pool that lay before it, its dark surface reflecting an empty, boundless sky. He lowered himself into a seated position, his posture straight, unwavering. The air here felt denser than before—thicker, heavier—as though even his thoughts were being drawn downward, pulled toward something ancient that lingered beneath the surface of his own existence. Then, a faint shimmer formed before him. The liquid he had refined previously materialised gradually, assembling itself from nothingness like a bank of condensed light before crystallising into two shiny balls of liquid that floated silently in the air. They throbbed faintly, compliant, in wait. Eklavya lifted his hand. With a flick of his fingers, he directed the first ball of liquid to remain suspended near the ancient tree, as if holding it in reserve for something still to be. The second, he directed toward himself, precisely targeting the space between his brows. It sank in unhindered. A light tremor ran through his mind as the liquid blended undisturbed into his inner sanctum. Emitting a faint heat that started to seep—slowly, silently—like the first signs of something much larger stirring beneath the surface. With a deep, measured breath. Eklavya closed his eyes and stretched outwards – not with his physical form, but with his mind. The spiritual ki surrounding the lake reacted almost immediately, as if waiting to be summoned. It began to collect around him in silence, moving towards him like a tide to a hidden moon. No resistance was felt, no struggle. The ki was like a familiar presence, as if his very existence was the eye of a storm – drawing everything towards him. Thread by thread, the ki began to seep into his sea of consciousness, then continued down through the complex network of channels within his physical body. His Divine Chakra – which he'd opened just the day before – began to respond almost immediately. Until then, it was incomplete – unfinished – as it lacked the necessary ki to stabilise the opening of the Chakra. But then… everything was different. The ki was like a raging river, no longer the gentle current he'd initially experienced. It poured into the Divine Chakra like a torrent breaking free from its boundaries. The ki poured directly into the Divine Chakra, filling the pathway that led to his ki core. The pressure was immediate – the ki was compressing with each moment – as if something inside him was about to burst asunder. Then, a violent shock ran through his body. The ki he had built up over time released all at once, flowing through him with explosive force. His whole body shook as a burst of ki energy e
