Everyone was looking up, watching with fear and confusion on their faces. The girl floating above them was foaming at the mouth, her eyes were completely white, and blood was coming from her nose and ears. The sky rumbled, thunder roared, lightning continued crackling in the sky, and strong winds blew. Dark clouds gathered and started raining an ominous black water. Far in the distant sky, a huge black dragon could be seen roaring and looking at the girl with a murderous look in it's eyes. “Oh heavens... this is not something i can deal with” a well-built old man muttered as he dropped down to his knees, looking up at the roaring dragon with a fearful look. “Thi... this... just what is happening to my Lian’er?” A fat unsightly man wearing fancy clothes cried in fear as he looked up at the girl with confused look. “Heavens forgive us.” “Heavens forgive us.” “Heavens forgive us.” All the people cried out in fear and dropped down on their knees, kowtowing. They had no idea what was happening, but they felt that if they did this, then maybe they wouldn’t be reduced to ashes. This is how people are, when they’re struck with hardships and uncertainty, they begin looking up at the sky and begging. As if it didn’t even hear the people below begging for mercy, the black dragon opened its huge mouth and started sucking in white smoke from its surroundings. The black dragon closed its mouth once it seemed satisfied with the amount of white smoke it had sucked in. it roared ferociously as it shot a blinding white light from its mouth toward the girl. All the people below were horrified. Some began running in fear, some crawled away on all fours because their legs gave out. They knew better than to idle around. If they stayed there, they would also be caught up in the attack aimed at the girl. But the blinding light never arrived and struck the girl. It Instead turned into white smoke and started dissipating in the air. The black rain and lightnings in the sky abruptly stopped. The sky slowly cleared, turning back into it's beautiful blue color. The huge black dragon was nowhere to be seen, as if it had all just been an illusion. The people on the ground looked at each other in confusion. Nobody spoke a word for a long moment. Some let out a sigh of relief as they cleared the sweat from their foreheads. But the girl kept floating in the air, still foaming at the mouth and bleeding from the ears and nose. Her body started shaking violently. A huge amount of white light and jade-green light started rushing toward the girl’s abdomen. After about the time it takes to break an egg, both the white light and the jade green light disappeared. Just then, an extremely handsome middle-aged man flew down from the sky. Everyone looked at him bewildered. “...immortal master...” cried out the well-built old man, fear evident on his face “immortal master?” “Immortals exist?” “I’ve never heard about immortals.” “Is he truly an immortal master?” All the people present were shocked and mystified, and wondered if the handsome middle-aged man who came out of nowhere was truly an immortal master. “Lian’er!” cried out the fat man at the girl floating in the air. Please forgive me, brother.” The middle-aged man put his right fist on his left palm, asking the fat man for forgiveness in a pleasant manner.
