Trotting through the sand at top speed, a mysterious figure in a blue robe leapt into the air, emitting a constant cloud of steam as it landed on the towering beast. Looping the fumes around its eyes as they drop down effortlessly dodging its attack and falling ever so slowly like trickling rain. Driving a fist into its side while shouting so loud even I heard it as clear as day, echoing in my brain. “Hey new guy! Get out the way!” And in an instant before I could even react something strange tore though the side of the beast, knocking several of its massive scales into the ground with so much force the impact alone knocked me flat on my ass. All while I sat there wondering why he’d even tell me to move out the way if he was going to strike that fast? But it didn’t take long for him to find me and squat down in front of my face. Looking Straight through me with a hand on his chin and a puzzled look on his face while the beast retreated underground. “Why are you still sitting here in shock? It's time to go. Once you wake a Hiburo they’ll be plenty more coming to the surface but judging from you're looks I bet you didn't know.” With the power he holds he could kill me in an instant but choose to help me instead. Even going as far as to guide me after sending the beast away with that… wait. “Hey, what was that attack?” Clearly baffled by my words, he raised his brow in disbelief as he extends his hand to me, ready to lift me off the ground. “A pulse of animus just strong enough to drive it back without causing any lasting harm. Wait, if you’ve never seen this before how did you end up here?! There’s no way you came here on you’re own.” Well he's not wrong but I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell maybe he knows a way back. “I don't know really. After falling through space, I opened my eyes and ended up in this place stuck underground. And just when I barely managed to get up, that thing shoot up from below and threw me across the sand.” Watching the animation in his story, the blue hair man can't help but smile as he plops down on the ground. Sitting right in front of him as he listens with easy, eagerly offering some advice. “You're way to honest for this world so it checks out that you fell from the sky but you shouldn't go around saying that. The survivors aren’t to found of anything falling from the sky.” Rising back to his feet as he grabs onto the edge of his robe, placing it over my head this miracle of a man looked me in my eyes as if he knew deep down in my heart what I wanted to say. “That being said though, my names Xander… Hero Of The Sand and Outlaw Of The Sky. So tell me kid… are you planning on staying or are you looking for a way to escape through the sky?” It didn’t even take me moments hesitation to spring to me feet so fast I nearly fell flat on my ass with nothing but hope behind my eyes. “I really wanna go home! Do you know a way?!” Looking at him with pure excitement, Xander waved his hands and expanded his cloud as he spoke a unfamiliar phrase, instantly adjusted the cloak to fit my size. “I got a grand plan to get us both out of here but before you forget… what did you see beyond the sky before you hit the ground?” Hmm I never gave it much though since I’ve been here but I can't see it as clearly now, the memories are slipping away. But I remember one thing, one crucial set of detail that’s burnt into my mind. “There was a border around the world. At first I though it was space but… something was off. It was two tone with seven smaller worlds around it just sitting in place. At first I thought it had to just be another strange moment in space but the moment I hit the border it shattered into pieces. And for a brief moment and I fell pass the sky, a light as bright as a star beamed down on my face. But that’s all I can remember from before the fall, the rest keeps slipping away…” By time I looked up into the dark blue shifting swirls, expanding outward like ripples in his eyes, Xander put his hands together with
