Since birth Kata-Kedo, or also know as Kedo, has spend the most of his life inside the walls of his village, jointly with his dream to become a person who could stand against the cold in a snow-covered world, also known as a Ryori, and finally managing to step outside the cage to witness the world with his eyes. After befriending a Snow Ghost, the death that lurked deep inside the land, his life was already destined for good but also for worse, after a life-changing moment occurred in a second of carelessness that saved him and his future.
