BANG!!! A crimson red beast with black spots suddenly appeared from thin air and sent Luke flying with a claw strike. The creature was over five meters tall and nine meters long from head to tail and it looked like a jaguar, a crimson red jaguar with steel-like needle fur. Luke crashed through multiple trees before stabilising himself. When he checked his surroundings, the jaguar had disappeared without a trace. It reappeared again in front of him with another claw attack but he was ready for it and grabbed the humongous claw with his two clawed arms and threw the jaguar into the air and he also jumped up to chase it but the jaguar disappeared right in front of him again, shocking him. ‘So it can become invisible?’ thought Luke, not knowing just how wrong he was. Still in the air, he sensed danger from below and when he looked down, the jaguar was coldly staring at him. The jaguar’s black claws slightly glowed as it then swiped at the air with its claws, creating sharp wind blades closing in on Luke. ‘Fuck!’ Luke cursed inwardly but didn't panic. Instead, his lungs inflated to the limit and he released a powerful roar, powerful enough to create sonic waves and propel him further into the air. The wind blades slowed down somewhat before continuing with their acceleration but Luke was already out of danger and was standing on a tree branch. ‘That thing again, do all predatory Magic Beasts have the same Skills or something?’ thought Luke as his claws grew larger and sharper. Swoosh! He speed blitzed the jaguar, appearing in front of it with one claw already aiming for its head. The jaguar was stunned by Luke's sudden outburst of speed but killing it wouldn't be that easy. It actually didn't run away but launched its own attack. ‘Gotcha.’ said Luke with a vicious grin but it quickly turned into shock because his attack simply passed through the jaguar like the creature was a ghost or something intangible. Bang! Luke was then sent flying by the jaguar’s strike and his chest area had four gaping wounds as though four daggers had sliced through it diagonally. What Luke didn't know was that this creature was called the Phantom Jaguar, a Magic Beast that could turn invisible and become intangible whenever it wanted. Luke blinked once, blinked twice and the monster was already in front of him and it looked at him as if it had already won. Whoosh! Whoosh! Luke tried to attack it again but both attacks phased through it and the beast pounced on him. As the last ditch effort, Luke actually didn't run away but leaned closer to the beast as though he'd resigned himself to fate. The jaguar opened its mouth wide and was about to bite off his head when he tilted it slightly to the side and the beast ended up biting his shoulder instead. Luke then moved his clawed hand as fast as he could, the hand was so fast that the jaguar only saw a blur before a tremendous force struck its head, instantly killing it. ‘So painful…’ said Luke while groaning. His shoulder bones were completely crushed but fortunately, he'd managed to kill the beast at the last moment. He then dug through the Phantom Jaguar’s head and took out a large crystal core with three rings and five stars glowing inside it. “Haha, this is my very first 5 Star Trinity Magic Beast kill, no wonder it was so strong!” said Luke out loud as he proceeded to eat the jaguar’s head and heart. Then, he skinned the beast, chopped the meat into smaller pieces, ate some and stored some in his storage ring. After he was done, he transformed back into his human form and was naked. He then used the jaguar’s skin as a loincloth, only prioritising his most private areas before leaving the scene. On his forearm, there were three rings, two with red coloured five stars and the third ring only had one star that was 1/5th shaded. ‘Does this mean I have to kill four more Trinity Magic Beasts to reach two stars? But it doesn't matter, as long as I can quickly grow stronger.’ he thought to himself. He'd a
