For generations, the River of Life has blessed the valley with crystal waters, flourishing forests, and a promise whispered through every spring festival. Hidden within its depths sleeps an ancient water dragon—the silent guardian who has watched over humanity since the beginning. When ten-year-old Sae and nine-year-old Rika are each saved by the mysterious dragon on opposite sides of the same river, their lives become bound by an invisible thread. Though they grow up worlds apart and never meet, both carry an unexplainable connection to the river, a strange blue necklace, and dreams that refuse to fade. Years later, as a massive dam threatens to silence the sacred waters forever, forgotten legends begin to awaken. The dragon's strength wanes, the river's voice grows faint, and two souls unknowingly destined for one another must uncover the truth hidden beneath the flowing current. In a story where nature remembers what people forget, The Destined Path of Water is a heartfelt fantasy about destiny, memory, sacrifice, and the bonds that transcend time. As the river's fate intertwines with their own, Sae and Rika must discover whether some promises can survive—even when every memory has been washed away. Two souls. One current. A destiny written by the river.

Ryo Kenzaki was good at being invisible. Just another high schooler, keeping his head down and waiting for each day to end. Then a star fell from the sky. When Ryo pulls a dying woman from the crater it leaves behind, he learns the world he knows is already breaking. Beyond it lies the Hunting Realm—a place where monsters are born from fallen Hunters, and something is beginning to push through. Hunted by a creature he cannot understand, Ryo is dragged to a sanctuary between worlds and forced into a choice that was never really his: take up a Kizugami, a living blade forged from wounds, or die before dawn. But the blade doesn’t obey. It judges. As the weapon begins to search his soul, Ryo is pulled into a war he never asked to join—one shadowed by an impossible Eye in the sky, a relentless Kaimon on his trail, and an ending that may already have been decided. Ryo never wanted to be a Hunter. But if becoming one is the only way to protect what remains, he’ll have to answer a far more dangerous question: When the world strips everything from him, can he still stand as himself once more?

Have you ever read a novel with such a terrible ending that you wished you could rewrite the story and give the characters you loved the happy ending they truly deserved? I was just another failed author, writing stories that nobody read and that never sold. Seeking to improve my craft, I picked up the most popular novel of the time, “Solo Player”, hoping to learn what made it so successful. Yet as I read, frustration grew inside me. The story’s development was promising, but its ending was truly awful. Then, quite bitterly, the moment I finished the book, I found myself transmigrated into its world. Did I become the protagonist? A villain? Or perhaps even an extra? No. It was far worse than I could have imagined. I had become the most worthless character in the entire novel, someone nobody ever cared about. A character readers saw only as fuel for the protagonist’s growth, his greatest burden, and the person every reader hated. “I’m the protagonist’s sister…” However, with my complete knowledge of the novel’s events, my worthlessness was about to change. I had decided not only to become the strongest but also to rewrite the story’s terrible ending. “I won’t let you go inside a dungeon. It’s too dangerous.” …As long as I could get this incredibly corny and overprotective brother out of my way. And for some reason, the Constellations would not stop bothering me. [The Cosmic Throne {Butterfly That Flies Across The Universe} seems interested in your tenacity!] [She has sponsored 1,000,000 Plot Points and the [Demon of Calamity Transformation Technique (SS)] Skill!] [The Cosmic Throne {Monkey that Dances in Chaos} finds your chaotic nature amusing!] [He has thrown the [Umbral Chaos Stone Necklace (S Rank)] at you!] [Not enough? He launched the [Immortal Heaven Peach (SSS Rank)] right at your face!] There was clearly something wrong with the Constellations this time. [The Cosmic Throne {Jester Filled With Lies} is happy that you’re bringing despair to your victims!] [He has gifted you the [Jester’s Last Laugh (S Rank Privilege)] and the [Master of Manipulation (SS)] Skill!] [The Cosmic Throne {Maiden that Watches Over Nature} seems happy you’re growing stronger.] [She has gracefully sponsored you with 2,000,000 Plot Points and fully healed all your wounds!] [She has also begun to wonder if you could plant some trees for her and gifted you the [Divine World Tree Seedling (SSS Rank)]!] [The Cosmic Throne {Warrior That Seeks Calamity} is satisfied with your battle performance but demands more!] [He has sponsored you with 500,000 Plot Points and the [Beheading Sword of Destruction (SSS Rank)]!] They simply could not stop showering me with gifts, as if I were some famous streamer performing for their entertainment. “I am grateful, but please… just leave me alone already…”

In a world on the brink of destruction where myths and legends blur together, a prophecy remains the only perspective for the future. It foretells the ultimate struggle between good and evil—the destruction or the salvation of the world—born from the blade brandished by the Warrior of Ashes. However, for Thiongane soldiers like Pierre, this story is nothing more than a tale, a tall story. Amidst the constant horrors and the permanent anguish felt during every new battle against the Djinns for three centuries, they have never seen even a shadow of these Boechins and their radiant powers. And Pierre’s only experience with the gods had long since convinced him that they should expect no favorable divine intervention. But whether one believes it or not changes nothing. Despite himself, Pierre finds himself in the heart of the most tragic and ferocious battle he has ever known, unaware that it is the fruit of manipulations by entities beyond all human conception. And in the ashes of this tragedy, the story of a boy was meant to begin. The first cog in a cruel destiny whose mechanism seems unstoppable. The first prisoner of a web already woven. Georges Badji.
